SEAGROVE PUBLIC WEBSHOP

The Seagrove Public webshop was built as a fully operational, on-brand platform designed to support both direct-to-consumer sales and ongoing customer engagement.

OBJECTIVE:

Create a seamless ecommerce experience that reflected the brand identity while enabling customers to purchase products, engage with the brand, and support long-term growth across both DTC and B2B channels.

STRATEGY:

Designed and built a fully functional webshop within Shopify, ensuring a consistent translation of the Seagrove Public identity across all digital touchpoints. Developed a customer journey that encouraged repeat purchases and deeper engagement, including newsletter sign-ups connected to automated flows in Klaviyo. These flows rewarded loyalty while keeping customers informed on new releases and events.

Implemented a password-protected wholesale portal tailored for B2B customers, allowing easy access to product ranges and restocking, supporting efficient ordering for an expanding network of stockists.

IMPACT:

The webshop became a key marketing and sales tool, enabling direct-to-consumer revenue while building a loyal and engaged customer base. It streamlined purchasing for B2B clients and supported the growth of over 100 high-profile stockists, reinforcing the role of digital experience in driving both brand and commercial success.
