Q323 SHOWROOM__

Each quarter, ARKK Copenhagen hosts a sales meeting for its global partners to present upcoming collections, share company projections, and build new strategies. For the Q3 2023 meeting, the brand acquired a large venue, which I was responsible for transforming for the event.

After measuring the space and developing a detailed floor plan, I worked closely with the footwear designer to determine the most effective way to showcase the new collection. The final setup featured a minimal, modular plinth system to separate product tiers within ARKK’s segmentation. This system was fully adaptable, allowing the space to shift and evolve throughout the evening.

Additional elements included a shop-style display, a branded ping pong table, a lounge area, and a long discussion table for partner negotiations. To extend the experience outside, I also designed a full wrap of the venue’s ground-floor windows, creating a bold typographic presence on the exterior.

I designed and oversaw every aspect of the installation, personally contributing to the build and setup to ensure quality and timely delivery. The project is presented here through a combination of 3D renders and photography of the completed space.
